1. Definitions:

  1. “client” the person named on the booking form who will discuss their garden with Katie
  2. “Online Consultation”: A 30-minute zoom call between Katie and the client
  3. “Home visit” A 2.5 hour visit in person at the client’s home address
  4. “Appointment date” – The date agreed for the online consultation or home visit

2. Booking

  1. You can book an online consultation with me via the ‘book appointment’ section at www.katierushworth.com
  2. You can book a home visit via the ‘home visit’ section at www.katierushworth.com
  3. When you book a consultation slot, I’ll ask for the following details:
    – Full name (required)
    – Email address (required)
    – Notes/queries/comments
  4. I’ll use the details you supply only for the purposes of our consultation and our communication about it.
  5. I won’t sign you up to any mailing lists, share your data with others or do anything else with it.
  6. Availability cannot be guaranteed so it is recommended that you book online consultations at least 14 days before your required appointment and home visits at least 21 days before your required appointment date.
  7. Appointment dates can be rescheduled but this must be over 7 days before the appointment date.
  8. Appointment dates can only be rescheduled once.

3. Recordings of online consultations

  1. I’ll attempt to record our consultation via Zoom or give you rights to record it yourself.
  2. If you’d prefer me not to record our consultation, please let me know
  3. I won’t share the recording with anyone else.
  4. Sometimes, technical difficulties mean that recordings don’t work. I can’t offer a refund in such cases but will do my best to make up for this if it happens. For example, I’ll provide an extra follow-up email to expand on our conversation.

4. Online consultation.

  1. Before our consultation, I’ll send you an email that will provide the access details to the Zoom room.
  2. To begin the consultation, I will enter the Zoom room and allow you in.
  3. Where possible late arrivals will be accommodated but availability cannot be guaranteed.
  4. It’s natural for conversations to overrun sometimes, but I ask you to respect our time and keep to the limits as closely as possible.
  5. I’m often on a tight schedule, so please ensure that you’re ready for the consultation at the agreed time. If there are circumstances beyond your or my control, we may need to reschedule part or all of the consultation. I’ll do my best to be as flexible as possible.
  6. I can’t promise a particular outcome from the consultation but will do my very best to give you the support and advice you need.
  7. Failure to attend the consultation without rescheduling will forfeit the booking.
  8. I will provide a written summary of the call summarising the advice given

5. Home Visit

  1. Travel will be included in the price for journeys within a 50 mile radius of Ilkley, West Yorkshire.
  2. For home visits where the client’s home address is over 50 miles from Ilkley, West Yorkshire bookings must be explicitly agreed on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed.
  3. In cases such as 5.3, a mileage cost will be charged and agreed in advance.
  4. It’s natural for conversations to overrun sometimes, but I ask you to respect our time and keep to the limits as closely as possible.

6. Vouchers

  1. Vouchers are non-refundable or returnable.
  2. Your online consultation date or home visit must be within 12 months of the date of purchase shown on your voucher.
  3. If your voucher does not fully pay for the required type of booking, you must pay the difference online at the point of booking.
